Since I’ve been really busy airbrushing and not writing blogs lately I haven’t been able to tell you about all the exciting things myself and the other AA artists have been up to.

Last Sunday we were at the St George Illawarra Dragons Members Day. Any myself, senior artist Amy and new-recruit Amy had a jam-packed, energy-filled day.

There were a good couple of thousand Dragons fans on the hallowed turf of Win Jubilee oval in Kogarah, receiving autographs, rides on a scooter with the big Dragon mascot, practicing their footy passes and of course getting our famous Dragons emblem tattooed on them.

With a consistent queue of at least 40 fans we were flat chat from 1230-230. Knowing it would be a busy day we had 3 artists working together with a brand new airbrushing machine to ensure we got through as many people as we could. I estimate we did at least 150 tattoos in that time.

The logo was the most popular as it is at the Dragons home games but we did plenty of I ♥ SOWARD and I ♥MORRIS as well as other favourite players tattoos.

Looking forward to the next Dragons game we’re at. We’ll be there twice in May and will keep you posted with the dates.
