Unless you’re a graphic designer or have a friend who is handy with a computer sometimes Party Invitations can be the necessary evil in planning a birthday party.
They need to provide vital party information as well as express the theme and character of the birthday child.
Here are some tips and ideas for creating your Party Invites:
Include as much detail as possible; time, location and what will be involved
Request guests allergies and preferences to be supplied with an RSVP
Encourage guests to submit an RSVP and make it as easy as possible; Facebook, Text, Email or Phone
Give the parents an idea of what entertainment may be involved ie: Clowns or Face Painters as you may have guests who are scared of clowns or have allergies to paints.
Make it look awesome – theme the invite to suit the party – Check out our Downloads page for some free printable invites!
You might want to include a photo of the guest of honour – Personal touch to the invitation
Decide whether you will print or email the invitations – as sometime invites can get lost in schoolbags
